What to do if you invalidated an integration while setting another up

If you got a message saying "You refreshed your connection, one of your integrations got messed up," here is what to do if it was an Instagram integration.

This guide also provides insights into setting up Instagram integrations for the first time, ensuring a seamless connection process.

  1. Click back into the integration you were just in, then click “Sign in again.”

  2. When the first screen opens in the connection process, click "edit previous settings."

  3. On the next screen, opt in to all current and future Businesses, all current and future Pages, and all current and future Instagram accounts.

  4. Complete the connection process to ensure all permissions are granted.

If you’ve linked multiple Instagram accounts but only see one connected, ensure that both accounts are connected through Facebook Business assets under the same Facebook login. Follow the steps above to grant Enji the necessary permissions to surface all connected Instagram accounts.

NOTE - you do need to connect each account independently in Enji but following the settings above.
