How to add a repeating task to the calendar
Updated over a week ago

A lot of marketing needs to be a habit and a great way to start building yours is by using repeating tasks! That way, you can set your pace of how often you want to do something without needing to add a bunch of individual tasks.

  1. To start, make sure you learn how to add a task to your calendar if you haven’t already.

  2. To create a repeating task, click into a task and then on the 3 dots icon you see in the upper right corner of the detail view.

  3. Select “Repeat” that appears in the dropdown.

  4. Additional task details will appear in the detail view. This is where you can set your repeat rules.

Pro-tip: The task name and description on a repeating task will be the same for all the tasks it creates. If you want to edit either fields on the next occurrence, click into the task, click on the 3 dots icon in the upper right corner of the detail screen, and select “Create Next Occurrence.” This will “unlink” the task and make the fields editable without affecting the rest of the repeating tasks.
