How to change or update the card you have on file

If you need to completely change the card used for billing or need to update the expiration date on the one you are using, here is how you do that.

Please note: Only team members with ADMIN access can do this.

  1. Click on the setting cog icon you see at the bottom of the left side of your screen.

  2. A modal will pop up in the center of your screen. Click on the “Billing” tab.

  3. Then click on “Update Subscription”.

  4. Click on either the first pencil icon you see next to the first spot your card is listed OR click on “+ Add payment method” you see in the middle of your screen.

  5. Add the new card information (you’ll do this even if you are only updating the expiration date) and follow the prompts from there.

  6. Be sure your new card is set as the default card to be charged.
