Here is how to reset or change your password—whether you forgot it or need to for another reason.
If you’re not signed in because you forgot your password and need to reset it:
Click the “Sign in With Email Address” button you see on the sign in screen.
Then click “Reset Password” (under the sign in button).
Follow the instructions from there.
If you are signed in and want to change your password:
Click on the settings cog icon you see at the bottom of the left side of your screen.
A modal will pop up in the center of your screen. Click on the “Personal” tab.
Click “Change Password”.
Follow the instructions from there.
What if I cannot reset my password? There are two possibilities given that.
You created the account under a different email address.
When you registered this email account you used Sign in with Google. If you went this route, you cannot reset a password and must Sign in with Google to Enji. If you don't want to Sign in With Google and you did want to add a password, you will need to talk to a human in our support team and we can password support to your account (which will allow you to reset your password to something you like).
