It’s important for you to “read the room” when using Enji’s AI copywriter—meaning you should be able to make adjustments to your brand voice that help a specific customer feel like you’re speaking right to them.

Here is how you can change the tone and style of your brand voice for a customer persona.

  1. Click into the “Strategy” tab you see in the left side bar of your screen.

  2. Scroll down to the customer persona section of your marketing strategy. Click on the customer persona you want to add tone and style notes to.

  3. Type in the words you’d like to add in the Tone and Style fields; hit “return” after each to set it as a key adjective

  4. Repeat this process for other customer personas you have.

When you are using the AI copywriter, you’ll be able to select from your persons in order to adjust your brand voice.
