How to connect your social media accounts

If you want to use the social media scheduler, you need to connect your social media accounts to Enji.

  1. Click on the small wheel icon you see in the lower left hand corner of your screen. From there, you’ll see different tabs: Business, Personal, Billing, and connected accounts.

  2. Click on “Connected Accounts”.

  3. You’ll see a list of the social media accounts you can connect; click “Connect to Enji” for each of the ones you want. Follow the prompts.

NOTE: If you have multiple accounts tied to your Facebook/Meta account, give Meta access to everything so you don’t have issues connecting multiple accounts (this is the default). If when you go to add additional Facebook or Instagram accounts and you get an error message saying the account isn’t attached to a Facebook Business Page, log into Facebook and:

  1. Click on your profile photo in the upper right hand corner of your screen.

  2. Then click on “Settings and Privacy”.

  3. Then click on “Settings”.

  4. Click on “Business Integrations” in the lower left part of the screen.

  5. Click “View and edit” next to the Enji app.

  6. Then toggle on the accounts you want to give Enji access to and hit save.
