If you're having issues connecting your social media accounts, here are a few things to know and try.

In order to connect your Instagram account to Enji (actually, any social media scheduler), Facebook/Meta requires that your Instagram account is a business account (meaning not private) and that it is also connected to a Facebook Business page.

The other reason you might not be able to connect your Instagram or Facebook account to Enji is sometimes Enji doesn't have the right sharing permissions set on the Facebook side and within your account. So you should try this:

  1. Log into Facebook and click on your profile photo in the upper right.

  2. Then click on settings and privacy, then settings.

  3. Then scroll in the menu on the left and find Business Integrations. Look for Enji in the list of apps and make sure the permissions are enabled.
