Say hello to your marketing strategy! It's pretty straight forward, but there are a few things we want you to know.

The first section outlines your business' goals and objectives. The goals are the bigger circles and the objective are the smaller ones. They are color coded to help you see what's related

  • Side note: you can totally change the colors you see. Just click on one of the circles and you'll see a spot to do that

When you click into an objective, you'll see the tasks Enji recommends you to as a way to start making moves on your strategy. These tasks show up on your calendar, but they also live here to help you understand why you are doing these tasks

The second section is where your customer personas live. You can click into each one to customize it. If you want to add more customer personas, just click on the + you see in the upper right hand corner of your screen

  • We recommend having 1 customer persona for each of your main products/services because each solves a different problem and therefore is a different ideal customer persona

The last section show your marketing channels. You should see 3 marketing channels there—they are recommended based on how you answered the questionnaire. We only recommend 3 because as a small business owner it's probably all you have time for. If you want to add more marketing channels, just click on the + you see in the upper right hand corner of your screen
