If you don’t see an option to connect a KPI to your Google Analytics account, it is most likely for one of 3 reasons.
You are trying to connect Google Analytics to a KPI that is not in the website category
You created a custom website KPI
You edited the name of a website KPI that is in Enji’s list of KPIs
If you did one of these two things to a website KPI, it interferes with Enji’s ability to map the KPI to the information in Google Analytics. But, if you’d like to see if we can manually map the data to make it work, send us a message and we can chat!
