If you’ve connected website KPI(s) to your Google Analytics account and no data is populating in your KPI chart(s), it is most likely for one of these reasons.
At the account level:
You connected a Universal Analytics account vs. a Google Analytics 4 account. Universal Analytics is the old version of Google Analytics that was deprecated on July 1, 2023
You connected a Google Analytics 4 account that was just set up and hasn’t collected at least a month’s worth of data
You didn't connect to the correct Google Property. To do this, log into your Google Analytics and click “Admin.” Under the account column you will want to make sure you have selected the property that matches your business. If you have connected the wrong one you will need to delete the integration on Enji’s side (under connected accounts) and reconnect.
At the KPI level:
You created a custom website KPI
You edited the name of a website KPI that is in Enji’s list of KPIs
If you did one of the latter two things to a website KPI, it interferes with Enji’s ability to map the KPI to the information in Google Analytics.
