Enji doesn’t give every small business the same version of a marketing strategy! And the first thing you need to do to get one that is best suited for your needs is tell us what type of business you are when you create your account. There are 6 business type categories to choose from; here is a breakdown of each type to help you pick the right one.

Consultant: This business type is for all types of consultants and coaches. If you’re a marketing or advertising consultant, operations consultant, career consultant/coach, or business coach, this is the business type for you.

Professional services: This business type is for people and small businesses that offer professional services. If you’re a lawyer, CPA, doctor, therapist, or architect, this is the business type for you.

Startup: This business type is for startups selling SaaS or products.

Wedding industry: This business type is for wedding pros. If you’re a wedding planner, photographer, florist, baker, stationery designer, venue, caterer, officiant, etc., this business type is for you.

Retail: This business type is for retail businesses. If you have a brick and mortar location, are selling online (on your own website, Etsy, etc.) or a combination of the two, this business type is for you.

Other: Enji can help any small business but we don’t have specific business types for them all. So if your small business doesn’t fall into one of the other categories, the “other” business type is for you.

How does Enji customize my account based on my business type?

When you pick your business type, you get the version of Enji that makes the most sense for your small business. The questionnaire you’ll answer to create your marketing strategy, the actual strategy itself and the types of recommended tasks, campaigns, and KPI charts will all be tailored to the type of business you run.
