How to organize posted social media content for sharing again in the future
Updated over a week ago

Some of the content you create is stuff you’ll only post to social media once, but some of the content you create is more foundational and can be repurposed. When you want to save more “evergreen” (read: foundational, timeless content you can and need to share on a regular basis), you can organize your posts in the AI copywriter to make it easy to find and reshare!

Here are our tips on how to organize previously posted content in the AI copywriter so you can repost it in the future:

  • When you’re in the AI copywriter tab, scroll down to the the lower part of the center screen to where you see your previously posted content—this is your archive

  • To clean up your archive, right click on the posts that you don’t need to keep and select the “Delete” option from the menu that appears

  • Repeat this until you just have the evergreen posts you want to keep

  • When you want to reshare that post, you can go back down to your archive, find the post you want to reshare, click into the post and to the right of the date it posted, you’ll see a round arrow. Click that to reschedule it as a new post
