If you got a notification that a post you scheduled in the social media scheduler failed, there are a few reasons that might happen:
Your connection to the social media platform (via your Enji integration) is broken and needs to be refreshed. This is something that happens on occasion because your token needs to be refreshed or you got logged out for security reasons. Either way, go to your connected account in your account settings and make sure your connection is up to date.
If a scheduled post is empty, it will fail. Make sure you have filled in all the fields before scheduling anything.
Sometimes social media platforms go down, and when they do, scheduled posts will fail.
