Why did my scheduled social media post fail?
Why did my scheduled social media post fail?
Updated this week

If you got a notification that a post you scheduled in the social media scheduler failed, there are a few reasons that might happen:

  1. Your connection to the social media platform (via your Enji integration) is broken and needs to be refreshed. This is something that happens on occasion because your token needs to be refreshed or you got logged out for security reasons. Either way, you'll need to go to your settings and access the "Connected Accounts" tab. From here you can check the health of the account connection and either: delete and reconnect, sign in again, or connect for the first time.

  2. If a scheduled post is empty, it will fail. Make sure you have filled in all the fields before scheduling anything.

  3. You did to approve the post. Once you have selected a time and date for the post to be released, you will need to press "Approve" to ensure that Enji has permission to post it on your behalf.

  4. Sometimes social media platforms go down, and when they do, scheduled posts will fail.

If you suspect another reason, please contact us at contact@enji.co
