How to create a media kit
Updated over a year ago

If you’re doing any public relations for your business or collaborating with other brands, you know you’re constantly asked for things like your headshot and bio. Create a media kit in Enji so you can put your best PR foot forward.

  1. To create your media kit, we recommend starting by uploading the main parts of your brand to the “Brand Assets” tab you see in the left side bar. That is because when you upload logos there, you won’t have to reupload them here.

  2. Once you’ve finished uploading things there, click on the “Media Kit” tab you see in the left side bar.

  3. Start by customizing the prompt to create your company level bio or pasting in one you already have.

  4. Then scroll down to create your profile within the media kit. Click on the large grey circle and another view will appear. Customize your name, add your title, upload your headshot, and use the prompt to write your bio or upload one you already have. At the bottom of this view, you’ll see a spot for additional notes. Use this spot for things like your speaking topics, rates, etc.

  5. Click “< Media Kit” in the upper left part of the view to get back to the company level.

  6. Click the + in the upper right hand corner to continue building out your media kit! You can add additional people, more logo versions, images, and contact details.

  7. Finish things off by adding any company level rates, stats, etc. that you think are important for people to know.

Once you’ve finalized it all, learn how to send your media kit to someone!
