How to add assets to the brand library
Updated over 5 months ago

Enji’s brand asset library is a super smart place to store all the “pieces” of your brand and quickly send them to the creative partners who ask for them!

Pro-tip: Start adding assets here because your brand guide and media kit will automatically start getting built out—saving you lots of time.

From the “Brand Assets” tab:

  1. Click on “Brand Assets” in the left hand side bar of your screen.

  2. Upload your primary logo files by clicking on the “Primary Logo” box. A detail view will open on the right hand side of your screen. Upload the file types you have—just keep them all to one colorway (ex. all black).

  3. If you have additional colorways of your primary logo, click the + button you see in the upper center/right part of your screen and select “Add Logo”. In the detail view, give it a name (we recommend doing something like “Primary logo - White”) and upload the file types you have.

  4. Repeat this for as many logo versions and colorways as you have.

  5. Then create your color palette. Click on your “Primary color” and a detail view will open on the right hand side of your screen. Click the primary color and enter in the color code if you know it or use the color picker/sliders to select it. Give the color a name. Click “<Primary Palette” in the upper left corner of the detail view to go back to your palette.

  6. To add another color, click “Add Color” to add more colors to your primary color palette. Repeat as necessary to complete your palette.

  7. If you want to add a color palette, click the + button you see in the upper center/right part of your screen and select “Add Color Palette”.

  8. To select or upload your brand fonts, start by clicking the box labeled “Heading”. A detail view will open on the right hand side of your screen; you can select which Google Font you’d like to use or toggle to “Custom Upload” to upload a font file (.tff or .otf).

  9. Repeat this process for your subheading and body copy fonts.

  10. If you want to add more fonts, click the + button you see in the upper center/right part of your screen and select “Add Font”.

If you want to create image galleries or upload video links, click the + button you see in the upper center/right part of your screen and select “Add Image Gallery” or “Add Video Link”. Upload what you want in the detail view and/or pop up you see.
