How to connect Facebook and Instagram to social media KPIs
Updated over a week ago

Enji integrates with Facebook (Meta) and Instagram so you can have the data for your social media KPIs automatically populate on the 1st of every month—without you needing to manually enter in the numbers! Here are instructions to help you connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to Enji.

Note: Just like our social media scheduler, there are requirements about your Facebook and Instagram accounts that must be met. If they are not, you won't be able to connect your accounts. You can learn more about those requirements here.

  1. Click into the “Performance” tab you see in the left side bar of your screen.

  2. Click into a chart that includes a Facebook and/or Instagram KPI(s).

    1. If the chart contains only has 1 website KPI:

      1. You’ll see a large button on the KPI detail screen that opens on the right. Click the “Connect to Facebook/Instagram” button and follow the prompts

    2. If the chart contains more than 1 website KPI:

      1. Click the “Enji can sync your data” button to access the KPIs.

      2. Then click on one of the KPIs listed under “Manage connections for each series separately”. That will open the KPI detail screen.

      3. Click the “Connect to Facebook/Instagram” button and follow the prompts

      4. Repeat the process for the additional KPIs in the chart

Once you connect your Facebook and Instagram accounts to your Enji account via the first KPI you connect, you’ll need to connect any/all of the other social media KPIs you want data automatically pulled in for. To do this, simply click into each of your social media KPI charts and click the “Connect to Facebook/Instagram” button.

NOTE: If you are connecting Facebook and/or Instagram to an existing chart that already has social media KPI data that you manually entered, Enji is not going to overwrite those numbers.

The Facebook and Instagram integration only works/is an option for KPIs in the social media category.

The Facebook and Instagram integration will be a "moving forward" integration. It will not backfill many months of data. In some cases it may backfill 1 or 2 months.
