If you want to get more consistent with your marketing, the simplest way to do that is to build a routine around doing your marketing tasks!
Here is some of our Founder’s marketing routine as an example:
Tuesdays: Write blog content and/or email newsletters
Fridays: Plan, create, and schedule next week’s social media content
The 1st day of every month: Put data into KPI charts
It’s simple to create a routine for yourself and you should use the repeating tasks in your Enji calendar to help you build it. That way you can have your core marketing tasks show up on your calendar at the pace you set and get reminders about what needs to be done.
Here is more advice to help you build a routine and get more consistent with your marketing:
Be honest with yourself about how much time you have to work on marketing every week and refine your to-do’s to be realistic for it
Protect the time you set aside to work on your marketing. If you keep scheduling over it, you’ll never be consistent with your marketing
Remember that it takes time to settle into a new routine. But stick with it and eventually it will be easy—and your marketing will be consistent because of it
